When Will My Order Ship?
Orders placed on a business day before noon Central time will be processed the same day.
Orders placed on a business day after noon Central time will be processed the next business day.
Orders placed on Weekends and Holidays will be processed the following business day.

How Long Will Shipping Take?
US Domestic orders will have a typical transit time of 3-7 days.
International orders may have transit times of 2-4 weeks, depending on destination and customs.

How Can I Track My Shipment?
If you provided an email address when you placed your order, you will receive a tracking number via email.

What about Customs, Duties, and Taxes?
Please be aware that your order will ship from the US and will arrive to you as Delivered At Place (DAP). For International customers, you will be responsible for all applicable customs, duties, and/or taxes upon receipt of your order.
